We use Fastway Couriers for the majority of our deliveries and they operate on a nationwide 1 to 2 day service with the exception of South Island and rural delivery addresses which may take slightly longer.
For orders received before midday, Monday to Thursday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after noon will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders received between noon Thursday and noon Friday will be dispatched on Friday.
For orders received after noon on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday.
In every case we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number that you can input into the Fastway website to track the status of your order. This will give you full visibility of your orders progress from pick up to delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once you have received an email to say your order has been dispatched, simply log onto the Fastway Courier website www.fastway.co.nz and enter your unique number for an update. It will detail exactly when your order was collected and its status all the way through the delivery process.
Click & Collect Orders
If you have chosen to collect your order rather than have it delivered, these orders are generally available for store collection after 1pm the following day. We will also contact you by email when your order is ready to collect. In all cases you will receive an email notification or call from the local Beauty Store retail outlet once it is ready for collection at The Beauty Store, 163 Broadway, Newmarket.
Dispatch & Shipping Times
Generally, allow 2 days for delivery of general items when orders are received before noon Monday-Thursday. In many instances your goods will arrive much sooner, but as a general rule, allow 2 days.
Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. Additionally, delays can be caused by weather and other factors outside our control. The Fastway website will notify you of any such ad-hoc events impacting on delivery timings like flooding, snow, inter-island ferry cancellations, etc.
How much will it cost to send my order?
We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. Shipping is free for all orders over $25 - otherwise we include a $5 charge on
orders less than 15kg, plus an additional $5 if you require rural delivery
For overweight product orders, our shipping charges reflect the true weight of the items you are ordering, based on the physical weight of the package.
